2. Which data is processed
When visiting the website
When the website is accessed, technical connection data (IP address, browser, operating system, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL) is automatically recorded in server log files. This data is used to ensure operation and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
When making contact
When the contact form is used or contact is made by e-mail or phone, the information transmitted (name, e-mail, phone if applicable, occasion, message) is used to process the inquiry and, if applicable, to prepare an offer.
Upon contract conclusion
In addition, billing address and business data necessary for processing are collected. Retention in accordance with statutory obligations (Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 958f: 10 years).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When visiting, technical connection data is transmitted to Vercel and may be processed on servers in the USA.

5. Cookies and consent
This website uses technically necessary cookies required for operation, as well as – upon given consent – analytics cookies (see clause 6).
On the first visit, consent is requested via a cookie banner. This consent can be revoked at any time by adjusting the cookie settings in the browser or calling up the banner again.
6. Google Analytics
To analyse user behaviour, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google LLC, USA).
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of website usage. The information collected is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address is shortened before storage (IP anonymisation).
Legal basis: consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Art. 31 (1) FADP. Consent is obtained via the cookie banner and can be revoked at any time.
Third-country transfer: data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Online communication
Various means of communication are used for briefing conversations, depending on the client's preference: phone, e-mail, or occasionally video services such as Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA). 8. Disclosure to third parties
Disclosure to third parties only takes place if necessary for contract performance (e.g. trustee, hosting provider) or if there is a statutory obligation. Commissioned service providers are contractually bound to data protection.
Disclosure for advertising or profiling purposes does not take place.

Persons whose data is processed have the following rights under the Swiss FADP:

FEDJA Music takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation. Transmission via the internet takes place encrypted (TLS/SSL).

FEDJA Music reserves the right to adjust this privacy policy as needed. The version published on this page at the relevant time applies.
