What you get for your company event
Corporate events do not forgive improvisation. My setup is built for predictability:
- Sets planned around your programme – music cues for speeches, keynotes, award ceremonies and show moments, aligned with your event lead in advance.
- Discreet, professional appearance – dress code to match the occasion, no self-promotion behind the decks, clear communication with hosts and technicians.
- Own PA system for events up to around 200 guests (2× QSC K12.2) – for larger events I work with Swiss audio partners.
- Microphone for announcements and subtle booth lighting included.
- Backup equipment – second player, spare mixer, spare microphone. A full soundcheck runs before every event.
- Professional liability insurance – for venues and corporate clients that require proof of insurance.
Music that fits the occasion – not the other way around
The biggest mistake at company parties: music that either stays invisible or drowns everything out. I work in phases – subtle lounge sound during the apéro when conversations matter, a warmer set for dinner and a build-up towards primetime when it is time to dance.
Musically I am an open-format DJ with a house focus: current charts, classics and modern house, mixed live and adapted to the crowd. With mixed corporate audiences I read the room and adjust the set continuously – that is the difference between a playlist and a DJ.
On request I integrate audio branding elements: a recurring musical motif for walk-ins, award moments or the product reveal. Especially at launches and galas, this makes your event audibly part of the brand.

Corporate events in Zurich and across Switzerland
I am based in Zurich and know many of the city's popular event venues – from rooftop terraces and industrial halls to classic hotel ballrooms. That saves coordination effort: I know what equipment is typically on site and what I need to bring.
I am bookable across Switzerland as standard – Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Zug, St. Gallen and beyond. Travel is listed transparently in the offer. For international events: just ask.
What corporate clients say

“We hired Felix for a client event of our large company — thoroughly impressed. Extremely reliable, highly adaptable, flawless from planning to execution.”

“Professional, punctual, flawless sound — precise timing for our programme blocks and a refined atmosphere that suited our event.”
Corporate event DJ FAQs
The most important answers for event planners and HR teams.
How much does a DJ for a company party in Zurich cost?
The fee depends on playing time, venue, technical requirements and travel. After a short briefing call you receive a binding offer – usually within 24 hours. Corporate clients receive a proper invoice, with a cost centre on request.
How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?
For the November–December high season (Christmas parties) I recommend 6–9 months lead time; for weekday dates 2–3 months are often enough. Short-notice requests are possible – just ask.
Can you follow our event programme?
Yes – that is the core of my work at corporate events. I receive your run sheet in advance and execute music cues for walk-ins, speeches, award moments and show acts precisely. Changes on the day are coordinated directly with the hosts.
Do you bring your own equipment or use the venue's?
Both are possible. I play on a Pioneer XDJ-RX3 and bring my own PA system for events up to around 200 guests. For larger events or venues with installed systems I coordinate with the in-house technicians beforehand.
Do you also cover background music during apéro and dinner?
Yes. I play most corporate events as a full package: subtle lounge sound for the apéro, curated dinner music and a party set for primetime. No awkward transitions between phases.
Are you insured and familiar with SUISA?
Yes. I carry professional liability insurance – happy to provide proof to venues or corporate clients. SUISA registration is handled by the organiser; I support you with all required details.
